Yes, KCD is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 9 members. The board convenes every three months.

KCD offers a range of programs, including Case Management, Outreach Referral, DeafBlind, Community Engagement, American Sign Language classes, social events, educational workshops, and Interpreting Services.

Yes, all KCD team members demonstrate various levels of proficiency in American Sign Language.
