The program provides resources and social events, coordinates Supported Services Providers (SSP) to meet deafblind individuals’ daily needs, and provides resources needed by DeafBlind individuals.
Knoxville Center of the Deaf (KCD) was established in December 1977 with a drive to provide communication access for all Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and DeafDisabled individuals.
