Bob

Bob is KCD's Executive Director, beginning his tenure July 1, 2002. He holds a B.A. degree in English from Illinois College, an M.S. in Deaf Education from Canisius College and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Illinois. Bob was a Professor of Deaf Education and Program Director for 25 years at Illinois State University and the University of Arkansas. He also serves as a program evaluator for the Council on Education of the Deaf and was a member of the Editorial Board of the American Annals of the Deaf for 25 years.
