Welcoming new Deaf-Blind Liaison
KCD is excited to welcome Tommy Bedwell to the staff as the Deaf-Blind liaison. This program is designed to provide support to the Deaf-Blind community of Knoxville and surrounding areas through the organization of SSP (specialized service providers), technology opportunities, and other needs of the Deaf-Blind community.
