April Haggard

Vice President

April Haggard is an Associate Professor of ASL/Deaf Studies at Maryville College for 7 years. She received Masters of Science from University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1998 and received her Bachelor of Arts from Gallaudet University in Washington DC. She obtained Qualified ASLTA certification. She has been KCD board member for over 5 years.
